Painted in shades of manganese with Christ ascending amidst radiance and clouds above the Twelve Apostles seated, standing and kneeling before leafy shrubbery on the grassy ground below, the lower edge inscribed DE HEMELVAART CHRISTUS [The Ascension of Christ], the inner edge with a yellow band ornamented at the two upper corners with a four-petaled rosette within a manganese border around the outer edge, and the top pierced with two holes for suspension; the reverse glazed.
