•D1769. Pair of Polychrome Figures of Seated Dogs

Delft, circa 1770

Each with a blue head, breast, back, paws and tail, blue-delineated facial features and ears, wearing a yellow dotted iron-red collar and seated affronté with a slightly turned head on the blue top of a chamfered rectangular base edged with a border of yellow, iron-red and blue.

Heights: 20.1 and 20.4 cm. (7.9 and 8 in.)
