Modeled affronté, each with a gentleman wearing a manganese tricorn, a green coat and iron-red breeches, seated on a yellow saddle astride a manganese-spotted horse with a blue twisted tail, colorfully trapped with a fringed and tasseled blanket, wearing a yellow, iron-red, manganese and blue cockade between the ears, and standing with one manganese hoof raised above the green chamfered rectangular base.
