Painted with a blue-streaked hide, a blue mane and twisted tail affixed with yellow florets, and a yellow cockade between the blue ears, the back colorfully trapped with a green, manganese, iron-red, yellow and blue saddle, a flowered blanket, and tasseled straps, modeled standing with one hoof raised above the manganese edged green top of a rectangular base with blue sides decorated with dotted green and manganese diaper work ruyi-heads.
