Unidentifiably marked in blue

Painted with a dark manganese bill and eyes, a blue and yellow dashed breast, manganese, blue and green wing feathers, and blue and green plumage on the head and neck, and a yellow and iron-red tail, modeled seated with a slightly turned head.
