• D1870. Pair of Polychrome Blackberry Tureens, Covers and Stands
Delft, circa 1750
Each tureen naturalistically molded with yellow wickerwork and affixed at the ends of the scalloped edge rim with dark manganese twisted-loop handles, and the cover formed as a mound of manganese berries surmounted by a single berry forming the knop and encircled by smaller leaves, the stands molded with green leaves and manganese berries on the scalloped yellow-edged blue rim.
Diameter of stands: 19.5 cm. (7.7 in.)
