Each cow with a blue-spotted hide, a blue muzzle, ears, forelock, spine and tail, olive-green horns, manganese eyes and hooves and an iron-red lapping tongue, wearing garlands of colorful flowers around her neck and back. Modeled standing affronté while being milked by a lad wearing a manganese tricorn hat, a green jacket and blue breeches, or by a maid wearing a yellow hat and a blue dress with a yellow stomacher, each seated with a pail between his or her feet at the semicircular front of the chamfered rectangular base, its canted sides marbleized in blue, manganese, yellow and iron-red, and its green top molded with two frogs and in low relief with a stem of flowers and leaves.
