NOTE
This type of flower holder was developed at De Grieksche A (The Greek A) factory in the last decade of the seventeenth century, when the company was under directorship of Adrianus Kocx. This model became particularly popular in England in the second quarter of the eighteenth century. English Delft potters copied the model and produced it on a far larger scale than was ever produced in Delft.
